Solution Focussed Approach

Created in 2022, Apiary Solutions, was the vision of Julie Marsh. Julie has worked in HR since 2000, working her way from being a Personnel Administrator through to Head of HR for the UK within a global corporate. 

Julie is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Julie’s approach to life has always been solution focused, as a natural optimist if the end goal hasn’t been met then it simply isn’t the end. To that extent Julie has been able to build her HR and Coaching; style, awareness, and approach with that in mind.   

Envisage, Empower & Achieve

It is clear when speaking to Julie that she always enjoys a challenge whether that is at work or personally she is not one to sit still. Ensuring she always has goals in mind she believes that anything is possible with the right commitment and work ethic! This has seen Julie:

  • Complete her Master’s in Human Resource Management, whilst working full time. 
  • Completing 5 diploma's within 13 months, whilst creating Apiary Solutions. 
  • Becoming a Fellow of the CIPD
  • Have solo adventures, whether this is driving through the Rocky Mountains, visiting New Orleans, Eastern Europe or Camping within the UK.

Why the name, apiary solutions?


An Apiary is a collection of beehives, within a beehive there is a community, a strong bond, a work ethic. 

We recognise this in what we do as to us at Apiary Solutions it symbolises a dynamic collection of services with strength, agility and collaboration.  Thereby creating a cohesive environment for innovation and sustained growth.
