When making any decision, data is our critical friend.  It helps shape a story, gives a purpose and aids understanding.  Apiary Solutions offers two options to our clients, DiSC and Motivational Mapping. 

Both of these are self-assessed, which means the individual is required to complete an online assessment prior to analysis being given.

DiSC is a personal assessment tool and is used by millions of people each year.  The information produced by DiSC assessments can help improve team work, communication, collaboration and productivity.  

Focussing on behaviour style, strategies for engaging others, an individuals needs and preferred environments.  ​
Motivational Maps 
Motivational Maps is an assessment tool that has been used by over 100,000 individuals globally.  The data provided improves performance for individuals and teams, as motivation x skill = performance.  

Focussing on what motivates an individual, team or organisation against 9 motivators.  Understanding can be gained on what motivates, the measurement of motivation and building strategies to improve motivation. 

What to expect from people analytics

Data

The questionnaires take between 15-20 minutes to complete. 

Once completed the data will be reviewed by Apiary.

Apiary Solutions will organise a meeting with you to go through your responses in depth.  This is anticipated to take 90 minutes. 

We will talk through the responses, development opportunities and strategies and any questions you may have.
