Please note for the HR Consultancy, People Analytics and Training & Development Pillars the storage and retention of data may differ, if that is the case it will be stipulated within the Agreement of Services (Contract between parties). Should, as an individual you wish to review this, please contact Apiary Solutions and we will work with our customer to share any appropriate information.
Personal Data
Apiary Solutions collects data such as your email address, telephone number, social media usernames and at times your address. This is to enable Apiary to operate effectively and provide you with a good customer experience. Please note that you will provide some of this information directly to Apiary, when you make contact with us to find out more about the services we provide.
During your initial enquiry with Apiary Solutions, you may opt to receive promotional information about our services. Should this no longer be a requirement you can opt out of the mailing list by contacting Apiary or unsubscribing from the service.
How Your Data is Used & Stored
Apiary uses the data that is collected from you to provide you with; an invoice or receipt for services, to communicate with you regarding appointments including booking, amending or in the unlikely event having to cancel and to advise you of any information we feel may be useful to you following your original enquiry.

All personal information is protected by passwords and antivirus support.
Apiary will retain your personal data for 12 months after you have ceased using Apiary Solutions. We will then dispose of your information by deleting any soft data and shredding any paper records.
Sharing of Personal Data
With your permission, we may use your data to add you to a mailing list, log coaching hours for upgrading qualifications and accreditations or as part of any legal or insurance requirements.
We may also need to share your data to complete any transaction or provide a product or service that you have requested / authorised.
How to Access & Control Your Data
Should you wish your personal data to be removed or deleted at any point please contact Apiary Solutions.
Your Data Protection Rights
You have rights to your personal data and this includes;
- Your right of access – you have the right to ask Apiary Solutions for copies of your personal information.
- Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask Apiary Solutions to complete information you think is incomplete.
- Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask Apiary Solutions to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or you, in certain circumstances.
Please be aware that you are not required to pay any charge / fee for exercising your rights. Should you make a request, Apiary Solutions has one month to respond to you.
